4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to modify prices or discontinue products at any time without prior notice. Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept all major credit and debit cards.

5. Order Processing & Shipping

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • We ship via USPS Priority Mail and USPS Express Mail.

  • A tracking number will be emailed once your order has shipped.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS or incorrect addresses provided by customers.

  • If an incorrect address is submitted, the customer is responsible for any additional reshipping fees.

6. Local Delivery

We offer 24-hour local delivery in the South Florida area. Deliveries made after 10:00 PM will require an additional delivery fee, for which a separate invoice will be sent.
After placing your order, please text your order number and address to confirm delivery.

7. Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of hair products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges under any circumstances.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number, description of the issue, and photos.
