Thank you for shopping with Bundles on Wheels LLC. We are committed to ensuring your order is processed and delivered to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

📦 Processing Time

Once your order is placed, please allow 1–2 business days for processing. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

🚚 Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped via USPS. We offer the following shipping options:

  • USPS Priority Mail (Standard): Delivery within 1–3 business days after processing

  • USPS Express Mail (Next-Day): Available for an additional fee; guaranteed faster delivery

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you. Please allow 24 hours for tracking updates to reflect.

📍 Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. Bundles on Wheels LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an incorrect address is entered and your package is returned to us, an additional shipping fee will be required to resend the package to the correct address.

🏠 Local Delivery (South Florida Area)

We offer 24-hour local delivery for customers in the South Florida area.

  • Deliveries after 10:00 PM will incur an additional fee. A separate invoice will be sent to cover this fee.

  • Once your order is placed, please text us with your order number and delivery address to confirm local delivery.

  • We are not responsible for USPS delays once your order has been shipped.

  • If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact USPS directly to file a claim.
